Bacon & Apples & Onion with some Dynamite

Sometimes you just need something really simple to eat!  

THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT THIS IS!  

I cannot remember where I found the idea/recipe, it was so long ago, but it is one I fall back on whenever I have the ingredients!

All you need is:

Your favorite bacon
Your favorite apple(s), I typically use 2 Granny Smith, but any hardy apple will do!
an onion (optional)

Salt
Pepper &
a shake or two of Dynamite ( https://flavorgod.com/ )

I start with getting everything out that I need: pan, cutting boards, knives, apples, onion, bacon, salt, pepper, & the Dynamite.

Then I start chopping up the ingredients (remember to use separate cutting boards for the fruit/veggie & the bacon).

Then throw the bacon in the pan & start cooking it up, (getting it close to crispy, for me anyway) then throw in the onion & sweat it down, say 5 minutes or so, then I throw in the apple.  
A little salt, pepper &some Dynamite (watch out on how much you use, it's made with ghost peppers, so it's spicy!).  

Saute everything until the apples & bacon are to the doneness you desire.

There you have it!  

(I didn't have any onion when I made that bowl of yummyness)
